Some property sellers find themselves in a situation where many showings have happened but no one has made an offer. Eventually a property owner asks, “What should I do?”
It is frustrating to have lots of showings with no offers but it is good that your property is attracting prospective buyers. Sometimes buyers will view a property a second time and again not make an offer. So…what is the problem? Asking your Boca Raton real estate agent for direct feedback is your best resource for information.
Something to consider is that most perspective buyers decide to view your property based on pictures but during the showing they observe using all their senses. Pet and food smells along with loud noises are the common turn-offs to protective buyers. A trusted friend or relative may be a good resource for determining what might turn off a buyer. Most people are willing to help a friend or relative, don’t be shy to ask for advice.
The simplest things in life seem to be work. Most people are drawn to light colors and bright lighting. Clean smells and quiet environments are often a priority. Seek help from others and listen to feedback. A good real estate agent listing your property will proactively seek feedback from a buyer’s agent and pass that information on to you without you asking.
